Top Government Appointee Honorable Kofi Koduah Sarpong is having only 3 days to leave office as the Chief executive officer for the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

This is because his term of office ends on 22nd April 2022 and is due to step down.

Due to this, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has appointed Mr Opoku Ahwenee Dankwa as the new boss for the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

For the next five years, Mr Opoku Ahwenee will be in charge. When the news broke that the current Chief executive officer is leaving office in three days time, his workers became emotional.

This is because he has carved a very good working relationship with his workers.

Notwithstanding, we hope that the newly appointed Chief executive officer will continue the good works at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation is in charge of the regulation of petrol in the country.
