Akufo-Addo Elected As ECOWAS New Chair – First Lady Rebecca Sends Congratulation message

The Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) has elected President of the Republic of Ghana His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the Community’s new Chair on Monday 7 September, 2020 in the 57th Ordinary Session of the Community.

The election was held on Monday 7 September, 2020 in Niamey, the capital of the Republic of Niger.

Ghana’s First Lady Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo has taken the opportunity in a tweet to congratulate her husband for his new political position in the the sub region of Africa.
